By attending Systema Melbourne classes or seminars ("our classes"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
Systema Melbourne offers martial arts instruction in the Systema style. Classes are subject to schedule changes and instructor availability. We reserve the right to modify class offerings with reasonable notice.
Systema involves physical contact and movement. By participating, you confirm you are physically fit to do so and accept responsibility for your own health and safety. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class.
Systema Melbourne is not responsible for injuries sustained during training where proper safety protocols were followed. Participation is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to ask students to leave if conduct is deemed unsafe or disrespectful.
Class fees are due as communicated by the instructor. Refund and cancellation policies for seminars will be communicated at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel events with reasonable notice and provide refunds where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
Photos or videos taken during classes may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. Please notify the instructor if you do not consent to being photographed.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Systema Melbourne's liability is limited to the cost of the class or event in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
